George Aggouras joined Converge in March 2011 as our part-time Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he oversees the financial and compliance activities of the organization.

George has worked with private equity and venture capital firms, including Longworth, VCFNE, Mass Ventures, and Palladin Capital, as a part time CFO/Controller for the past 10 years. George lends his practical experience to issues involving valuation, allocations, administration and many others. Previously, he was a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked predominantly with investment management clients.

George is also a CPA and graduated from Babson College in 1993 with a BA in accounting.

Ash joined Converge Venture Partners in April 2015, as our Associate.

In his role, Ash supports Converge portfolio companies, sources prospective investments, and handles platform growth. Previously, Ash worked with Elevator Fund in New York City where he focused on early-stage Digital Media, Frontier Tech, Financial Technology, and Cyber Security companies.

Ash is a graduate of Princeton University where he studied Politics and captained the Varsity Squash team.

Maia has invested in and financed tech companies for 20+ years.  She joined Converge Venture Partners as General Partner in 2013.

Maia was previously a Managing Director at Shott Capital Management, a $2.7Bn institutional LP investing in VC and PE funds. 

Prior to Shott, Maia headed BancBoston Ventures, post Bank of America’s acquisition, and managed a $330M venture capital portfolio. She was previously based in Palo Alto for 10 years where she opened and ran the west coast office for BancBoston Ventures. Prior to that, as a technology banker, she underwrote corporate finance deals for public and private tech companies while at Bank of Boston’s High Technology Group in Palo Alto and Robertson Stephens.

Maia received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Wellesley College, and was elected into Phi Beta Kappa.
